About the role

The Personal Loan Delivery Consultant will work in our National Contact Centre, connecting with members and their personal lending needs. You will process applications from start to finish, following all current lending policies and procedures. You'll work flexibly, engaging with members through various channels, including virtual, online, and inbound phone, to deliver a seamless experience.

Our contact centre teams split their time working from home and in our head office, offering flexibility and a great work-life balance. We're seeking applicants with full flexibility across the working week, with penalty rates applying for late shifts and weekend work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with members to identify opportunities to promote the Credit Union's products
  • Contributing to personal lending growth through efficient management of loan enquiries and applications
  • Proactively connecting with members and engaging in quality conversations about their lending and financial needs
  • Adhering to all current policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a successful team environment
