About the Role

At People's Choice, we're seeking a talented Personal Loan Delivery Consultant to join our National Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with members and their personal lending needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications from start to finish, ensuring timely verification and formal approval in line with lending policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with members to identify opportunities to promote our products and achieve their needs.
  • Contribute to personal lending growth through efficient management of loan enquiries and applications across multiple channels.
  • Adhere to all current policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
  • Contribute to a successful team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
