**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Personal Loan Customer Service Representative to join our National Contact Centre team at People's Choice. This role involves connecting with members and their personal lending needs, processing applications from start to finish, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Building relationships with members to identify opportunities to promote Credit Union products and achieve their financial goals
  • Contribute to personal lending growth through efficient management of loan enquiries and applications across multiple channels
  • Proactively engaging with members and having quality conversations about their personal lending and financial needs
  • Adhering to current policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a successful team environment
