The Director, Enterprise Field ANZ will oversee a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve revenue goals. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to assess customer needs, and a deep understanding of Alteryx solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to six remote Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue growth across all channels.
  • Develop and execute growth plans, including sales, consulting services, and education services.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by coaching sales teams on company-adopted sales methodologies.
  • Partner with sales teams to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales goals.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to drive performance improvement.
  • Recruit and hire staff to support the growth of the sales team.
  • Direct enterprise sales opportunities, developing implementation plans and coordinating internal/external professional services.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in software sales, with 4+ years managing sales teams of 5-7 members.
  • Proven ability to motivate team members and achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high-transaction environment, specifically in the software industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
