This is a highly specialized Enterprise Admin Support Team Lead role with one of the leading companies in AU, Canva. The company is rapidly growing and expanding its operations globally.

**About the Role at Canva**

About 70% of business occurs within or around an organization's intranet. With this growth comes the need for exceptional customer service to meet the evolving needs of Enterprise customers. As an Enterprise Admin Specialist Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless support services during business hours or strategic customer-focused hours.

The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and excellent leadership skills. You will drive strong engagement within your team and ensure alignment with broader company goals. In this role, you will work closely with Sales & Success leadership on the ground to uncover opportunities for improved support and service delivery to APJ Region Sales Assisted Admins/Owners.

**Responsibilities of the Enterprise Admin Specialist Team Lead**

  • Manage and resolve complex support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions for customer issues.
  • Lead by example, guiding the team in addressing and quickly resolving customer concerns through scheduled phone or Zoom calls.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and other cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the Enterprise experience, integrating feedback into product development and service enhancements.
  • Foster strong collaboration and teamwork across the Enterprise Admin Specialists, Sales, Success, Enablement, and User Voice teams.
