Our Fortune 100 client is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join their Global Contact Centre in Sydney.

This role offers a competitive salary of AU$250 - AU$300 per day, including superannuation. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Log cases by gathering key information to enable Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams to resolve problems.
  • Triage customer issues, providing initial support and escalating complex problems to SME Teams.
  • Teach customers how to log cases independently.
  • Assign cases to the appropriate SME Team.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to ask clear and precise questions to gather customer problem details.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Customer Service experience is beneficial but not essential.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience working in a contact centre environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform is desirable.
