The Opportunity


This onsite role will be integral to managing our communication channels and ensuring our clients receive top-notch support as we transition to becoming Suntory Oceania.



Job Description:


The Customer Service Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize systems such as Outlook, SAP, and C4C to manage orders, follow up on deliveries, and address new business inquiries.
  • Perform high-volume data entry, resolve stakeholder queries, and manage administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with and support internal teams, including Credit, Sales, and Logistics.
  • Adjust to ongoing system and business transformations to support our evolving needs.

  • Customer Service or Contact Centre experience.

Benefits:


Suntory Oceania offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.


We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.



Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $80,000 per annum
