We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction and Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Marble, a major Home Builder located in Sydney's North West.

As the first point of contact for clients during the Pre-Construction process, you will build strong relationships with internal and external clients, manage and maintain their portfolios, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12-18 months experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry, possessing high-level administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lodging applications to obtain approvals from authorities
  • Liaising with Developers and Council
  • Meeting and greeting clients throughout the process
  • Corresponding with clients via email and telephone
  • Preparation of documentation for clients
  • General office duties as required
