We are seeking individuals who embody authenticity, proactivity, and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this position, you will be the primary contact for customers' inbound travel inquiries, responsible for providing policy advice and selling travel insurance while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with industry regulations.
No prior insurance experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and excel in a collaborative team setting.
You will work closely with friendly and approachable managers and colleagues, receiving thorough training and ongoing support to ensure a well-rounded onboarding journey.
What's in it for you:
- Location: Work in modern offices conveniently located in Brisbane CBD.
- Hourly Rate: $35.86 per hour + Super - Weekly Pay
- Contract Duration: Initially, a 2–3-month contract with potential extensions for individuals with full working rights.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, rotating rosters from Monday to Friday between 7 am – 8 pm, with Saturday shifts from 7 am – 5 pm.
- Overtime: Working over the Christmas holiday may be required, with overtime rates applying.
- Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided within 1-3 weeks.
- Team Environment: Collaborative and supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on care.
- Equipment: Laptops and all necessary equipment will be provided for new starters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer travel policy queries.
- Advise customers on travel insurance quotes and process payments.
- Process data, including updating customer and claims details.
- Use multiple systems/programs for administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Log all interactions and details.

The estimated salary for this role is around $43,000-$45,000 per year, based on an hourly rate of $35.86 and a standard full-time schedule. This amount may vary depending on individual circumstances.
