Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Support Professional to join our team at Strategy One Human Resources.

This is a perm position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the completion of all daily tasks related to customer orders and enquiries.

Key duties include contributing to the overall progression of the Customer Service Team by being innovative and positive, processing sales orders and credit notes, actioning emails and phone calls based on priority, creating quotations, and providing order confirmations with updates.

You will also be required to provide updates to the sales team as needed, create and update Bills of Materials to achieve customer requirements, and manage customer-specific data in relation to item codes.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require highly enthusiastic customer service skills with a friendly communication style.

You should have a high energy personality with a positive, can-do attitude and intermediate Excel skills.

Good mathematical understanding and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills with high levels of emotional intelligence to engage stakeholders and influence positively.
