About the Role:

  • Lead and Manage Multiple Categories: Oversee and develop strategic plans to maximize return on investment, aligning with business objectives and driving customer engagement.
  • Create Channel Strategy and Activations: Develop and implement shopper communications and activations that drive results, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present retailer trade narratives to major AU retailer partners, ensuring buy-in, strategic alignment, and maximum return on investment.
  • Identify Priority Channels and Tactics: Work with the category team to identify winning channels and tactics to deploy in these channels, as part of our MAPP strategy implementation (Merchandising, Assortment, Price, and Promotion).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Translate data-driven insights into creative and executable plans and analytic reviews, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Global and Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to achieve business objectives and drive customer success.

  • Exceptional Communication and Organization Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
  • Deep Understanding of Customer Needs: Create profitable winning customer propositions and translate these into winning customer plans, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Focused: Work at pace as a senior member of the Customer Marketing team, delivering high-quality results and driving business outcomes.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand the strategic and tactical nature of business, applying financial and commercial acumen to drive informed decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Multifunctional Commercial Experience: Proven experience in Sales, Category, or Brand Management in a Household Care Company or FMCG, driving business growth and customer success.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Confidently present to customers and stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Budget Management: Ensure maximum return on investment, managing budgets and resources to drive business outcomes.
  • Shopper Activations and Learnings: Plan, implement, and review shopper activations to gain learnings, sharing insights internally and with the Global business.
  • Australian Working Rights and Vaccination: Possess full Australian working rights and be Covid-19 vaccinated, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
