Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sydney Customer Support Professional to join our team in Sydney. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order processing, and providing support to field sales engineers.

About the Role:

  • Process customer orders and provide accurate order confirmations within 24 hours.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and customers to resolve delivery issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and claims.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers, including quotations and order conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and services, maintaining a high level of technical knowledge.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or supply chain management in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
