Accounting Support Services Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team as an Accounting Support Services Analyst.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide through phone, chat, and email support for the Vantagepoint product. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will collaborate with customers, product engineering, product management, and senior team members to resolve issues efficiently.

Your expertise in accounting and customer support will enable you to make a significant impact on our customers' business operations. We offer comprehensive product and industry training, along with a supportive team environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

About the Role

This is a remote work opportunity that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via various channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a customer-facing position. A related college degree or equivalent work experience is also highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent time management, organizational, and listening skills, with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in general ledger and accounts receivable
  • Previous customer support or technical support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in Sydney, Australia.
