Customs Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your customs expertise in a dynamic global freight company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the customs brokerage team, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Data entry of shipping information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Obtaining necessary documents from customs brokers as required.
- Liaising with clients to clarify shipment details and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Sending documentation to Australian Customs as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with dangerous goods regulations.
- Diploma of Customs Broking or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Familiarity with EMPP systems would be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Understanding of airfreight commercial documents.
- Australian working rights are mandatory.
