Guest Relations Officer

About the Role
The Guest Relations Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met by focusing on the pre-arrival and arrival experience of guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-arrival phone calls to commence the arrival experience and ensure guest needs are met prior to arrival
- Meeting, greeting, and speaking with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Building relationships with regular guests, long-stay guests, and VIP guests
- Following up and acting on all guest requests made directly and indirectly
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
