Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Associate to join our team at The Westin Melbourne. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the check-in and departure process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-in and departure procedures
- Handle general enquiries and provide accurate information to guests
- Support the front office team in operational tasks
- Take guest reservations and perform cash handling and credit card responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to enhance the guest experience
About You:
- Experience with property management systems or similar
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Self-motivated and driven in a fast-paced environment
