Marriott Guest Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with check-in and departure processes, providing a warm welcome and farewell.
- Handle guest calls and inquiries, engaging and inspiring guests throughout their stay.
- Build relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and driving future bookings.
- Support the Front Office team with operational tasks, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Take guest reservations and manage cash handling and credit card responsibilities with accuracy.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
- Assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Verify and adjust guest billing, responding to questions and requests with attention to detail.
- Be the face of the hotel, engaging guests throughout their stay and driving loyalty.
- Respond to guest inquiries for special arrangements, including transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
- Securely park guest vehicles and deliver bags and amenities in accordance with hotel policies.
- Support the Front Office team with general operational tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Provide exceptional service in the executive lounge, ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
- Anticipate and meet guest requirements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, completing tasks in a prompt and thorough manner.
About You:
- Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
