**Job Description**

The Guest Service Ambassador will support the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a key focus on night audit processes and guest profile management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office, handling guest queries with ease
  • Assisting in auditing paperwork as directed by the Night Manager
  • Handling guest enquires, internal feedback, and other requests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Responsible for the safety and security of the hotel and guests overnight
  • Sharing local knowledge and experiences with guests to enhance their stay
  • Responding to emergencies within the hotel, supporting the Chief Warden and First Aid Officer

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
