About the Role

As a Guest Relations Officer at Hyatt, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your primary focus will be on the pre-arrival and arrival experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-arrival phone calls to confirm guest details and preferences
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized welcome
  • Build relationships with regular guests, long-stay guests, and VIP guests, tailoring their experience to their individual needs
  • Follow up on guest requests and feedback, ensuring that every guest feels heard and valued
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
