Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team at AccorHotel in Melbourne. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to guests by anticipating and meeting their needs
- Assisting with reservations, booking requests, and guest inquiries
- Taking and directing incoming calls
- Sharing information about the hotel and local area with guests
- Assisting with luggage and maintaining the presentation of the front desk and hotel lobby
Qualifications:
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good keyboard skills
- Knowledge of the RMS property management system is an advantage, but training will be provided
- Familiarity with Melbourne and the ability to make recommendations to guests is desirable
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Current working rights in Australia
