We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Australia and New Zealand operations. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR guidance to our functional groups, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service/Demand Planning, and IT.

  • This role involves acting as the Human Resources Business Partner to director-level and below colleagues, providing talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, development, compensation, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee relations issues, contribution to international project, and related HR Admin support.
  • The incumbent will work closely with the Director, Human Resources Modern Markets (based in Europe) to communicate, deliver, and influence human resources strategies and initiatives.
