Chief Human Resources Officer, Australia and New Zealand

We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR function in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth of our luxury retail business.
Responsibilities:- Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development
- Partner with management to design effective organization structures that support our business strategy
- Collaborate with management to develop annual workforce and budgeting plans to ensure we have the right people and capabilities to achieve our growth plans
- Work with management to identify and develop high-potential talent and create succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership
- Maintain performance management processes and provide consultative support on calibration
- Evaluate and recommend internal or external learning resources to support employee development plans
- Identify leadership development needs and prioritize investments in programs such as LVMH House/Tiffany U
- Lead an Effective HR Service Delivery Model
- Develop and deliver core HR services in an efficient and effective manner (payroll management, HR reporting, employee benefits administration, etc.)
- Oversee the employee life cycle from offer to onboarding, annual HR processes, and offboarding
- Recruit top talent at all levels to meet business needs through proactive sourcing, candidate pipelines, and partnerships
- Counsel managers on job description development, selection criteria, and hiring best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Employee Relations
- Communicate labor law trends and implications to employees and management, providing training and mitigation strategies
- Foster positive relationships between employees, management, customers, and partners using Tiffany values as a guide
- Identify HR/functional area themes and trends through employee surveys, observations, and conversations, recommending employee relations practices to enhance engagement and motivation
- Maintain company policies, procedures, and handbooks aligned with current employment law and best practice
- Develop strategies and tactics to address underperforming employees consistently across the region and organization
- Compensation and Benefits
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends, identifying opportunities to remain competitive and motivate top talent
- Collaborate with Regional HR to review and recommend salary packages for new hires, promotions, transfers, and market data to ensure competitiveness
- Support management in reviewing and monitoring local employee bonus, incentive, and commission programs
- Propose enhancements to benefits, vendors, and programs to ensure competitiveness and effective administration
