Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee data and information in Workday
  • Providing timely client advice on leave, time recording, practising certificates, policies, procedures, and employment awards
  • Coordinating the new starter orientation program
  • Maintaining practising certificates for NSW legal practitioners
  • Supporting cyclical projects such as Performance and Remuneration reviews, Promotions, and Talent Reviews
  • Maintaining HR procedure documents
  • Applying professional knowledge and judgment to manage queries

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Experience in a Human Resource Coordinator or Administrator position
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Experience using a HRIS such as Workday
  • Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits. This role also offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
