This is a highly sought-after Human Resources Coordinator role with Ingram Micro in Australia. As part of our fast-paced and dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources administration for our Australia and New Zealand operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to manage onboarding for ANZ new joiners
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, forms, and onboarding actions in Workday
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure timely payment and documentation, administer induction programs, and manage probation reviews
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner team to support promotions, transfers, and other lifecycle changes

You will also be required to maintain accurate HRIS records in Workday, covering onboarding, lifecycle changes, and terminations. Additionally, you will generate reports from Workday and other HR platforms as needed to support the HR team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A HR-related tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration and query management
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
