Australia and New Zealand Human Resources Leadership Role

At Energizer Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Australia and New Zealand team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR leader to provide human resources support to our Australia and New Zealand operations. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our business partners in these markets, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service/Demand Planning, and IT.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders, providing expert advice on talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, development, compensation, organizational effectiveness, change management, and employee relations issues.
- Partner with our business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead or participate in talent reviews, succession planning reviews, calibration reviews, and performance management where appropriate.
- Promote Energizer's culture and competency model, and drive annual performance management process and educate colleagues on career development tools.
- Serve as a change agent and consultant to the business, supporting the Company's vision, mission, values, culture, strategy, and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and advice to people managers on people-related issues using Power BI system and other tools available.
- University Degree (4 years) In Human Resources, Business or another related field.
- 3-5 years of functional Human Resources and business partnership experience, preferably in a similar role within Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
- Knowledge of ANZ labor/employment laws as they pertain to HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence for desired outcome/result.
- Ability to work independently, with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
