Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide technical and administrative support to customers across Australia and New Zealand, meeting their expectations and exceeding Epson's objectives and targets.
  • To collaborate with management to maintain customer satisfaction and achieve business goals.
  • To oversee general matters and administrative tasks, systems, service agent administration, and cover plus initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clerical role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • A positive team player with a flexible attitude, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
