We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our Inner West Sydney-based team. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees
  • Maintain the HRIS system, Dayforce, and ensure accurate data entry
  • Process HR administrative tasks, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, and more
  • Assist the HR team with broader projects, driving business outcomes and improving processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administration, preferably in a corporate office setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, influencing stakeholders and driving results
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, estimated at $85,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications
