Payroll and Human Resources Specialist

Aveo is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Australia. As a key member of the financial operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's payroll and human resources practices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume payroll environment, with exposure working with time and attendance systems, specifically with Human Force. They will also possess thorough knowledge of Australian payroll processing and legislative requirements, as well as proven experience in Payroll and Human Resources.
In this role, you will administer all aspects of Aveo's payroll requirements, communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner, and work with various systems, including time and attendance software and Chris21 system administration.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 2 additional 'All About Me' leave days per calendar year, the ability to purchase up to 4 weeks additional annual leave, and up to 12 weeks paid parental leave.
