The company, a renowned architecture practice, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support in their CBD-based studio.

Their purpose is to partner with clients to create sustainable communities, focusing on sectors such as mixed-use developments, education, healthcare, and commercial projects.

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will be responsible for managing the studio's front desk, providing refreshments, and ensuring the reception area remains clean and organized.

Your key duties will include:

  • Greeting guests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Liaising with caterers, suppliers, and building maintenance teams
  • Maintaining office databases, managing stationery and supplies, and overseeing mail and courier services
  • Providing administrative support to the wider business team, including document creation, photocopying, and filing

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is beneficial, and prior experience in the architecture or design industry is advantageous.
