The Position
We are currently seeking a confident, personable, and team-focused candidate to join our small team as an integral part of our front desk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for all reception duties, administration support to the Sales Team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining the showroom and ensuring a positive client experience
- Preparing tender documents and quotes for sales opportunities
- Delegating sales leads to the team and tracking progress
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets to support business operations
- Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a focus on delivering results
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
Estimated Salary Range: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
