At Roc Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to drive business growth in the commercial aluminium windows and doors sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional service to customers to achieve sales targets
  • Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers in the healthcare and education markets
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and builders, to secure repeat business
  • Data entry and maintaining customer database in CRM system
  • Undertake site visits, liaising with architects, builders, and designers to finalise project specifications
  • Oversee and support a team of estimators and drafters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to achieve team objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial sales, ideally within the aluminium windows and doors or broader construction industry
  • Leadership or team management training is a plus
  • Proficiency in V6 estimating software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting
  • Sales hunter mentality with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A good work ethic, team player, punctual, and efficient
