Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial BDM to drive new business growth within our Melbourne-based team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary package up to $120,000 + Super + Car + Comms, including a fully maintained vehicle and 11.5% Super.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain exceptional service to customers to achieve sales targets
  • Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and building strong relationships
  • Liaise with architects, project managers, and builders to finalise project specifications
  • Oversee and support a team of estimators and drafters, providing guidance and mentorship
Requirements
  • Proven track record in commercial sales, ideally within the aluminium windows and doors or broader construction industry
  • Leadership or team management training is a plus
  • Proficiency in V6 estimating software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting
  • A sales hunter mentality, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good work ethic
