Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial insurance, preferably in a senior account management or broking role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including liability, property, and workers' compensation insurance.
  • A strong understanding of the Australian insurance market and regulatory requirements.
