Commercial Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial aluminium windows and doors sector expansion. This role focuses on driving new business growth within the healthcare and education markets, specifically targeting key stakeholders in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exceptional service to customers to achieve sales targets and establish new accounts by identifying potential customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, project managers, and builders to secure repeat business.
  • Oversee and support a team of estimators and drafters, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve team objectives.
  • Interpret technical design plans, assess construction projects, and undertake site visits as required.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in commercial sales, ideally within the aluminium windows and doors or broader construction industry.
  • Leadership training is a plus, and proficiency in V6 estimating software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting is essential.
  • Sales hunters with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good work ethic, and a valid driver's license are encouraged to apply.
