Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our Fibre Packaging division. As an Account Manager in our Melbourne North & West regions, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts while driving new business opportunities to grow Visy's market presence.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee cost efficiencies, ensure quality standards are met, and provide insights to guide margin improvements, product innovation, and customer solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to improve customer outcomes, resolve quality issues, and enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain and grow existing customer accounts while meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
- Actively seek and convert new opportunities to grow Visy's market share.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Manage budgets, margins, and customer relationships effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins, and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
What We Offer

$110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
