Business Development Manager

Atrocious commercial business growth within the aluminium windows and doors sector can be devastating for companies. To combat this, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne.
About This Role- Maintain exceptional service to customers to achieve sales targets
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and builders, to secure repeat business.
- Data entry and maintaining customer database in CRM system
- Undertake site visits, liaising with architects, builders and designers to finalise project specifications
- Oversee and support a team of estimators and drafters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to achieve team objectives.
Salary: Up to $120,000 per annum + Super + Car + Comms
About Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in commercial sales, ideally within the aluminium windows and doors or broader construction industry.
- Leadership or team management training is a plus.
- Proficiency in V6 estimating software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
- Sales hunter mentality
- Strong at building relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A good work ethic, team player, punctual and efficient
- Fully maintained vehicle
