Strategic Business Growth Manager

At Roc Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the commercial aluminium windows and doors sector.
This role focuses on maintaining regular and exceptional service to customers, establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure repeat business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial sales, ideally within the aluminium windows and doors or broader construction industry, and proficiency in V6 estimating software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
In this role, you will oversee and support a team of estimators and drafters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to achieve team objectives.
A successful applicant will be able to interpret technical design plans, assess construction projects, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
We offer a competitive salary package up to $120K + Super + Car + Comms, fully maintained vehicle, and 11.5% Super.
