Executive Leader for Virtual Sales Excellence

At Westpac Group, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Leader for Virtual Sales Excellence to lead our Consumer Virtual Banking National Sales Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer experience and retention through innovative virtual channels.
The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams, ideally in Retail or Virtual Banking. They will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of Home Loan retention strategies, customer needs, and banking operations.
Key responsibilities will include driving innovation and performance by identifying customer pain points and influencing key initiatives in partnership with the Transformation and Operations & Effectiveness teams. The Executive Leader will focus on enabling teams to meet customer needs seamlessly, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver strong business outcomes across virtual channels.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of AU$250,000 - AU$350,000 per annum, plus benefits such as generous paid and unpaid parental leave, superannuation contributions, and access to upskilling and mentoring opportunities.
