Job Description

As the Head of Virtual Sales, you will oversee a high-performing sales team dedicated to delivering unparalleled virtual banking experiences through Voice, Video, and Chat channels. Your leadership will focus on empowering teams to meet customer needs seamlessly, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve strong business outcomes across virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on delivering exceptional virtual banking experiences
  • Drive innovation and performance by identifying customer pain points and influencing key initiatives
  • Collaborate with Transformation and Operations & Effectiveness teams to drive strategic growth and improvement
  • Coach, develop, and engage teams to foster a positive and growth-oriented culture
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this pivotal role, you must possess extensive leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams, ideally in Retail or Virtual Banking. Proven expertise in Voice, Video, and Chat capabilities to drive customer engagement and retention is also essential. A strong understanding of Home Loan retention strategies, customer needs, and banking operations is crucial.

Estimated Salary

A competitive salary of AU$160,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflects the significance of this role in shaping Westpac's digital banking future.
