This is a challenging role as a Sales Performance Executive with one of the leading companies in AU, Reward Gateway. As part of their rapidly growing APAC Sales Team, you will be working closely with a talented and experienced team to deliver exceptional results.

Compensation: The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and bonuses.

About the Role: As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering a consultative sales approach, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and partnering with colleagues to co-develop targeted account strategies. You will also engage with prospects to deliver insights and solutions that address their unique business challenges.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve commercial and contract term objectives;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to drive sales growth;
  • Deliver engaging and impactful sales presentations, both online and in-person;
  • Contribute to the development of tailored solution-focused documents, including proposals and case summaries;
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to demonstrate existing client case studies and implement strategies to bring the voice of the customer to life throughout the sales process;
  • Manage your sales funnel, identifying key friction points and implementing strategies to improve sales conversion rates;
  • Accurately forecast the sales pipeline, aligning with Reward Gateway's global Salesforce forecasting framework.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of B2B sales success, with consistent quota attainment and a clear ability to articulate methodology and process;
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to close, with a passion for building relationships at every stage;
  • A consultative sales background, with experience influencing and negotiating with business leaders, owners, and senior leadership stakeholders;
  • A strong storyteller with excellent presentation skills, able to influence in person and digital environments;
  • A proven innovator with a bias for action, quickly adapting to change in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with excellent time management abilities.
