At Agensi Pekerjaan HR2O Asia Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a skilled Sales Team Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: RM 6,500 - RM 12,000 per month

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to lead and motivate our sales team, provide support, training, and guidance to each of your directs, and prioritize creating a supportive work environment that encourages communication and teamwork.
  • You will conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member within the sales department to ensure clear alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer bases in local and international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansion.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH REGULAR BUYERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS FROM EXISTING DATABASE OF E-COMMERCE AND PHYSICAL STORE RETAILERS.
  • Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service in the showroom and through other various platforms, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele.
  • Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling.
  • Achieving set weekly/monthly KPIs individually and as a team.
  • Provide strategic direction to sales team by outlining short-term and long-term goals that align with execution of yearly sales plan.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skills.
  • Demonstrate clear leadership values that help nurture and progress the team.
  • Ability to problem-solve and navigate through any challenges that arise.
  • Passionate about delivering high standards in customer service.
  • Possesses excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate great organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • At least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
