About the Role

The Senior Customer Success Lead will be responsible for driving platform adoption and usage by REA Customers. This includes key stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation through collaboration with Account Partners, Technical, and Product experts, as well as other supporting team members within REA.

This leadership role oversees a portfolio of accounts, providing a tailored customer experience to deliver business outcomes from their REA subscription. Successful candidates will demonstrate value, ensuring high levels of partnership and performance, ultimately making customers more successful through doing business with REA.

This position creates advocates for REA from assigned accounts, achieving time-to-value and return on investment. As a voice into REA, the Senior Customer Success Lead provides timely feedback for consistent improvements on Products and Services, strengthening REA's partnership with customers, driving product adoption, and avoiding revenue reductions or churn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Success Consultants in their performance, ensuring all targets and OKRs are achieved.
  • Building REA's Customer Success capability, ensuring effective integration and alignment at REA to deliver seamless customer and employee experiences.
  • Delivering REA's long-term Customer Success strategy to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Marketing to define business customer needs and success measures.

We are seeking an exceptional leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, has commercial acumen, and can build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, a strong track record of improving adoption and retention, and excellent people management skills.
