Customer Experience Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to drive innovation and lead our post-sales customer experience team in the NSW region. As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you will contribute to strategic planning and help translate it into operational objectives and continuous improvement projects.
This role offers a unique blend of people leadership, process improvement, and local branding initiatives. You will work closely with area managers, branch managers, and the wider sales team to understand their challenges and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing residential and commercial scheduling and estimating team
- Manage direct and indirect reports
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Team leadership experience in scheduling and reporting
- Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer experience strategy into execution
- Excellent verbal communication skills with active listening and stakeholder consultation
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills
