Drive Customer Growth and Satisfaction

This role involves leading the Customer Success Team in APAC, partnering with customers to ensure outcome alignment and value realization through the SafetyCulture platform.

The team drives adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy of SC Training, contributing to SafetyCulture's goals and growth targets.

  • Tracking team activities and ensuring expectations are being met consistently to drive predictable outcomes

As a key member of the Customer Success Team, you will have overall regional ownership of APAC customers, enabling the team to build and retain successful customer training programs.

You will be the primary owner of your own book of business, ensuring the best possible customer experience to guarantee customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Managing the book of business to ensure the best possible customer experience

Becoming a training expert with comprehensive knowledge of the product is essential for this role.

  • Identifying trends in retention, expansion, customer insights, and product feedback to develop strategies to address key areas of opportunity

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management servicing enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and Customer Success metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
