We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our team at VERTO, a not-for-profit organisation that positively transforms the lives of individuals through our services. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership to the Employment Services Support HUB and ensuring all centralised administrative services and claims are actioned in a contractually compliant, timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve set targets and KPIs

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Detailed knowledge of the Department of Education, Skills and Employment contractual arrangements
  • Intricate knowledge of guidelines and processes associated with all claim types
  • Understanding of the business environment in which Employment Services operate
  • Ability and experience to build and develop a high-performing team
  • Demonstrated experience in developing innovative approaches and solutions in a work environment
  • Knowledge and experience within the employment services industry
  • Detailed understanding of the education and training environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productive internal and external partnerships
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer skills
  • Excellent all-round communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal and written
