As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership to the Employment Services Support HUB and ensuring all centralised administrative services and claims are actioned in a contractually compliant, timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team to achieve set targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement innovative approaches and solutions to maximise outcome revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Department of Education, Skills and Employment contractual arrangements
- Undertake operational duties of an Employment Support HUB Consultant when required
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Detailed knowledge of the Department of Education, Skills and Employment contractual arrangements
- Intricate knowledge of guidelines and processes associated with all claim types
- Understanding of the business environment in which Employment Services operate
- Ability and experience to build and develop a high-performing team
- Demonstrated experience in developing innovative approaches and solutions in a work environment
- Knowledge and experience within the employment services industry
- Detailed understanding of the education and training environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop productive internal and external partnerships
- High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer skills
- Excellent all-round communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal and written
