Job Description

IPAR, a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services in Australia, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant with Allied Health qualifications to join our dynamic team.

This role involves managing a portfolio of customers, providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes, including Workcover, ComCare, DVA, and Life Insurance industries.

As a Principal Consultant, you will work closely with our Regional Team Leader and State Manager to maintain strong customer relationships, improve team knowledge, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and provide high-quality return to work services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of others and the growth of the team
  • Work autonomously, while contributing to a team culture and growth

Requirements:

  • Professional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW
  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
  • A minimum of two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload
  • Contribution to the development of others
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth
