Job Title: Compensation Case Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Case Manager to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a Compensation Case Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting and supporting injured workers return to work through the delivery of person-centred case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and determining liability on claims.
- Preparing for, attending and performing at claims reviews highlighting your excellent claims strategies, results and communicating further with your stakeholders.
- Assist workers in returning to work and manage chronic ill health through person-centred case management.
- Ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Case Manager with the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, ideally in Return to Work or Long-Term Case Management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Decision making, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work with different IT applications.
