Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Front Office team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest accounts, and maintaining the high standards of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted on time.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
