Job Summary:

The Front Office Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the successful completion of daily shift requirements, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, and achieving operating budgets. This role is a key member of the front office team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Front Desk Operations: Assist in managing front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing front office financial responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Team Development: Coach, counsel, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in front office operations or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

This role is based in a fast-paced hotel environment, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
