We are seeking a Front Office Team Lead to join our team at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites on a Full-Time basis. As an experienced customer service professional, you will play a key role in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences.

About the Role:

  • Guide and support the team in delivering exceptional guest services
  • Act as a role model, sharing expertise and inspiring team members
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

Hourly Pay: $28.87 - $43.31

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working within a hotel/resort environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Professional presentation essential
  • Availability to work weekends if required
